Ingredients

  • tbsp lemon juice about 1/2 half lemon
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbp chili garlic sauce
  • 1/2 tsp prepared horseradish
  • 1 tbsp shallot finely minced
  • 1 tsp worcestershire sauce
  • 1/4 tsp paprika
  • salt & pepper to taste

Instructions

  • In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, mayonnaise, chili garlic sauce, prepared horseradish, minced shallot, Worcestershire sauce, paprika and salt/pepper. Whip together until smooth. Place in the fridge until ready to use.
