strawberries
fresh or frozen*

tablespoons
granulated sugar

cup
water
1/2
teaspoon
vanilla extract

Instructions
Wash, hull, and slice strawberries and place into a small saucepan.
Stir in sugar and water. Heat over medium heat and bring to a simmer.
Cook strawberries for 10 minutes or until tender, stirring occasionally.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
Pour into a blender and blitz until completely smooth.
Refrigerate until read to use as desired.
