Ingredients

  • 4 avocados ripe
  • 2 limes juiced, about 3-4 tablespoons
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 clove garlic grated
  • 1 handful cilantro fresh, chopped finely

optional add-ins

  • red onion finely diced
  • tomato diced
  • jalapeno diced
  • queso fresco

Instructions

  • Cut open each avocado, remove pit and spoon into bowl.
  • Add in lime juice, salt, black pepper, garlic and cilantro.
  • Mash with fork to be as smooth or chunky as you'd like.
  • Stir in any additional ingredients if desired and serve with chips.
