- 4 avocados ripe
- 2 limes juiced, about 3-4 tablespoons
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 clove garlic grated
- 1 handful cilantro fresh, chopped finely
optional add-ins
- red onion finely diced
- tomato diced
- jalapeno diced
- queso fresco
Cut open each avocado, remove pit and spoon into bowl.
Add in lime juice, salt, black pepper, garlic and cilantro.
Mash with fork to be as smooth or chunky as you'd like.
Stir in any additional ingredients if desired and serve with chips.
