Add soy sauce, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, honey, garlic powder, and ground ginger, mixing well to combine.
Gently toss or spoon the marinade over the salmon to coat it evenly. Let sit for 10–15 minutes to marinate.
Preheat the air fryer to 350° F.
Transfer the marinated salmon fillets to the air fryer basket, skin-side down.
Air fry for 8–10 minutes, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
