Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lightly spray muffin top pan with non stick cooking spray and set aside.
Cream butter and sugar in a stand mixer until light and fluffy. Stir in egg and vanilla. Scrape sides and mix again.
Stir in all dry ingredients until just incorporated. Stir in chopped kisses and dark chocolate by hand.
Spoon about 1/4 cup batter into each cavity and flatten lightly. You want to be careful not to over fill!!
Bake 13 minutes or until edges are done and middle looks matte but still soft in the middle. Cool 5-10 minutes in the pan and remove to cool completely. Serve warm or room temperature with milk.
