Ingredients

sweetened condensed milk

heavy cream

half and half

Instructions
Whisk all ingredients together for 1-2 minutes or until thoroughly combined.
Store in an airtight container (like a mason jar or creamer dispenser) in the refrigerator for 2-3 weeks.
Shake well before using each time.
Notes
Recipe makes about 1 quart (64 tablespoons). I use 2 tbsp per cup of coffee.
