This 3-Ingredient Crockpot Ham is a super simple recipe that delivers juicy, flavorful results with almost zero effort. It warms low and slow in the crockpot, and no - pineapple isn’t one of the ingredients (although it’s a beautiful garnish).
Add chicken broth and brown sugar to the bottom of a cold crockpot. Whisk to combine well.
Unwrap ham and place face down onto the sugar mixture*.
Cover and cook on low 6 hours or until hot all the way through and internal temperature reads 165° F, basting periodically to keep the ham moist.
If desired, garnish with pineapple slices with maraschino cherries inside each hole.
Slice and serve.
Notes
* If your ham is too large for your crockpot like mine was, simply fit it into your crockpot as best as you can, trimming a little if necessary.Since spiral ham is already cooked, you're simply gently reheating up to temperature in order to serve
Storage Instructions
Store leftover crockpot ham in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 4 days. For longer storage, freeze sliced ham in freezer-safe bags for up to 2 months. To reheat, warm gently in the microwave or oven with a splash of broth to keep it moist. You can also make this ahead, store it sliced, then reheat before serving.
