Homemade Garlic Bread Recipe
Did someone say garlic bread? This is the tastiest recipe for extra cheesy and extra garlicky homemade garlic bread! Jazz up store-bought French bread with my simple homemade garlic butter.

Ingredients

cup
salted butter
softened
1
tablespoon
garlic
minced (about 3 large cloves)
1/2
teaspoon
garlic powder
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste

teaspoon
parsley
freeze-dried or fresh, chopped
1/4
cup
parmesan cheese
freshly grated
1/4
cup
cheddar cheese
freshly grated

French bread
Instructions
In a small bowl, stir butter, garlic, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and parsley together until well combined.
Stir in parmesan cheese and cheddar cheese until also well combined.
Cut French bread evenly in half lengthwise and remove any excess crumbs.
Divide the butter mixture in half and spread in an even layer across the two cut sides of the loaves.
Place garlic bread on a foil-lined baking sheet and broil on high until brown, bubbly, and melted*.
Cut into 24 skinny pieces, 12 per side. 1 serving is 2 pieces.

Notes
*You may have to move the pan around to get it to broil evenly. Keep a close on it - do not walk away. Broilers can burn your bread very quickly.
