Leftover Turkey Hand Pies are a quick and delicious way to put holiday leftovers to work, wrapped up in golden puff pastry with a creamy, tangy filling. They bake in under 20 minutes and come out flaky, warm, and perfectly snackable.

Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry thawed
  • 1 cup cooked turkey shredded
  • 1/4 cup cranberry sauce
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1 egg beaten, for egg wash
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper or to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400° F.
  • Roll out puff pastry and cut into 8 equal rectangles.
  • In a bowl, mix turkey, cranberry sauce, cream cheese, salt, and black pepper.
  • Spoon filling onto half of each rectangle, leaving edges clear.
  • Fold pastry over filling to form pockets; press edges with a fork to seal.
  • Brush tops with egg wash.
  • Place on a baking sheet and bake 15–18 minutes, until golden.
  • Cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Storage Instructions

Refrigerate leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
to reheat-
Bake at 350° F for 5–7 minutes or air fry at 375° F for 2–3 minutes.
to freeze-
Freeze cooled hand pies in a single layer, then transfer to a freezer bag for up to 2 months. Reheat from frozen at 375° F for 10–12 minutes.
