This is my attempt to recreate that really good Costco Asian Crunch Salad from Costco. That salad has loads of fat (which explains why its so delicious!) This is a good alternative. Feel free to add chicken to this or pile a whole bunch of this into a tortilla. Yum!

Ingredients
16ozshredded cabbage + carrotsa bag of coleslaw
4green onionschopped
6tablespoonstoasted almonds
1tablespoontoasted sesame seeds
1/2cupchopped cilantro
15ozsugar free mandarin orangesdrained well, I used Del Monte
9sesame rice crackers, crushedI used Simply Organic
1/2cupToasted Sesame Ginger DressingI used Bolthouse
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a large bowl and toss. Divide into 8 equal portions (about 3/4 cup) and serve.
