Macro Friendly Buffalo Chicken Dip
I love this simple recipe! Spicy and creamy and so simple to throw together, it's a must make to store in the fridge or serve at your next party. Macro and non-macro eaters approved! Try it this holiday weekend!
Ingredients
- 8 oz Neufchatel Cheese low fat cream cheese
- 2 cans Chicken** drained; I used kirkland signature
- 5 oz nonfat plain greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup Frank's Red Hot divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- salt & pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup blue cheese crumbles
- chopped fresh chives optional
Instructions
- Add Neufchatel, drained chicken, greek yogurt, 1/4 cup hot sauce, onion powder, salt and pepper into the bowl of a stand mixer and stir until combined. Pour into a serving bowl.
- Top with blue cheese crumbles, remaining hot sauce (if desired) and chives. Serve with crackers and celery sticks.

The more accurate macros for 1 serving (1/16th) of this recipe are as follows: 72 calories, 3.8g F/1.6g C/8.2g P.
I used Kirkland Signature canned chicken. Each can has a total weight of 12.5 oz undrained or 7 oz drained. If you’d like to use different chicken, you’ll need 14 oz total of cooked and shredded chicken.
