If you’re looking for a dessert that takes five minutes, tastes like Christmas wrapped in a bowl, and makes people hover by the snack table, this Gingerbread Dip is it. It’s thick, whipped, sweet with molasses and warm spices, and tastes just like gingerbread cookie dough.

Ingredient Notes + Variations
This dip is built on cream cheese, warm spices, molasses, and fluffy whipped topping. Everything mixes together in one bowl for the creamiest texture.
- Cream Cheese – Use full-fat for the thickest, smoothest texture. Room temperature is key so it blends without lumps.
- Brown Sugar + Powdered Sugar – Sweetens the dip and adds a soft, whipped texture. Brown sugar adds caramel flavor.
- Molasses – Gives that classic gingerbread flavor and rich color.
- Ground Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, Cloves – The classic gingerbread spice blend. Adjust to taste if you like stronger spice.
- Cool Whip / Whipped Cream – Folds in to make the dip airy and light. Homemade whipped cream works too.
- Sprinkles + Gingerbread Cookie (optional) – For topping and presentation.
- Dippers – Graham crackers, Nilla Wafers, gingerbread cookies… use a mix to make it fun.

Make Ahead Instructions
You can make this Gingerbread Dip up to 2 days in advance. Just prepare it as directed, transfer it to an airtight container, and refrigerate. Wait to add the sprinkles and cookie garnish until just before serving so they stay crisp and pretty.Storage Instructions
Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3–4 days. Give it a quick stir before serving again. Since it contains dairy and whipped topping, it doesn’t freeze well… the texture turns grainy once thawed, so keep it chilled and enjoy within a few days.Nutrition
