Skillet Lasagna

I’ve been hinting and talking about my next baby on Instagram!!

No, not a real baby….that I know of.

ANOTHER ECOOKBOOK!

Baaaaaa!

Am I crazy? Perhaps.

At least this time when I launch this sucker, I won’t be giving birth on the same day….that I know of.

My last ebook, Everyday Ingredients Extraordinary Meals, was a cookbook all about my family’s meals…the everyday ones from breakfast to lunch to dinner and lots of dessert! And we can’t forget my Cinnabons too 🙂

Well, this ebook is devoted to dinners. Here’s an excerpt taken from the Introduction:

Over the last few years however, I’ve been starting to hone in on the craft of ‘winging it’ when it comes to the super fast and healthy dinners. It’s more of a hassle to take the kids out to eat at a restaurant than it is to stay home and cook up a meal under an hour that is healthier and tastes better. So that’s what I do. Fly by the seat of my pants and hope I find something delicious to make with what I have in the fridge and pantry.

That’s what kind of recipes you’ll find in this ecookbook.

Moderately healthy, veggie filled, easy meals that are ready under an hour {sometimes a lot less!} that my kids and probably your kids will eat. Simple ingredients and appealing recipes means less time in the kitchen, more time with your family and happy, full tummies.

Taco Cobb Salad
Taco Cobb Salad….with Doritos because YUM.

This book will include tips and shortcuts I take from the store to get dinner on my table fast. From lining EVERYTHING with parchment paper so you don’t have to do dishes to buying pregrated cheese to save time, I give you all my little and big shortcuts.

Also: lots of recipes 🙂

This book will include 25-30 brand new recipes that have never appeared on the blog before. And there miiiiight even be a few videos thrown into the mix too 🙂 Oh how I love the ebook platform!

Salsa Verde Chicken and Rice
Salsa Verde Chicken and Rice….made in 1 pan!

If you scroll through these images, these are just a sampling of what is to come and what you can expect in this book.

Hopefully, you’re getting huuuuuungry 🙂 That’s the idea!

Honey Butter Sesame Salmon

Raw Veggie Pizza Bars

German Red Cabbage with Chicken Sausages

Roasted Red Pepper Pasta

Meatball Stroganoff

Ritz Cracker Quiche

I’m almost done creating all of these recipes, but I thought it would make a lot more sense if YOU GUYS gave me some feedback!

>What recipes would you like to see in this ebook?

>What are some things you liked about my last ebook?

>What other dinners will your family eat {or not eat}?

Let me know your answers in the comments below.

I’m looking at completing all this work in the next few weeks, so by Mid-August, we should be ready to sell! Mark your calendar to start looking for my Facebook status updates and my Instagrams announcing it all in the 2nd or 3rd week in August 🙂 I’m sure I’ll bombard you with lots of reminders!

Thanks, friends! Hope you’re looking forward to it as much as I am! Yay for delicious recipes!

I’d love to have all the books you have Authored. I’m no a “fly by the seat of my pants?” Type of cook, my mother was an awful cook and we were not allowed in the kitchen, so I never learned how to cook. When I first got married I could make a baked potato and meatloaf (because I had a recipe)!! I didn’t even know how to make coffee!.
My husband is a “winger” and I don’t really like a lot of his “experiments” but I try to eat them. Our grandchildren will not!!!!
So, long story short, please, please, please tell me how to order your cook books.
