Tangy, creamy Whipped Feta and Red Pepper Dip has only a few ingredients and is super quick to make. Enjoy with toast or crackers!
Sleep deprivation is a really rough way to live your life. Especially when you’re trying to have important and meaningful phone conversations with important people when the only thing playing in your mind is Uptown Funk.
Thank you, Bruno Mars, for that little anthem.
It’s been stuck in my head for the last few days and refuses to leave. And because I’m sleep deprived, I somehow lack the capacity to turn it off.
Once I had a dream that was like one big Glee episode. Everyone was singing to everyone like they didn’t know how to actually talk.
I don’t remember anything about the dream other than me understanding that this was my new reality. I dream up some weird shtuff.
I also say shtuff instead of stuff.
You see? Sleep deprivation at it’s finest.
In other news, I made roasted red pepper whipped feta and it was amazing.
Lots of tangy, salty, goodness paired with the creaminess of the cheese and the delicious taste that roasted red peppers bring will make you want to slather this on anything and everything.
If you have 5 minutes, then you too can make this dip and start chowing down.
Here’s how to make it:
Add some crumbled feta, cream cheese, roasted red peppers, and salt & pepper to the bowl of a food processor.
Blend Blend Blend until it’s smooth and serve.
I spread this feta mixture on thick onto a few slices of toast, but feel free to throw this on anything.
And that’s everything! A super quick and tasty dip for any time of the year!
Printable recipe below. Enjoy your weekend, friends! xoxo

Not sure how I missed this post before, it’s right in my wheelhouse! Can’t wait to try. 🤤
We bought something like this at one of the stands at our farmer’s market and loved it, but wondered how to make it for ourselves, this is great, thanks!
When you combine some of my favorite things to eat the outcome must be delicious.
My alarm on my iPad is a tune and this morning at 4:45 that tune was playing in my head. I couldn’t make it stop. I just kept thinking that my alarm was going off. Needless to say I will be changing it to something more obnoxious and hope my brain doesn’t decide it likes that sound and replay it over and over again.
