This Garlic Butter Shrimp is so easy to make and tastes so so good! If you love shrimp and garlic, then this is the recipe for you!
Garlic Butter Shrimp is what we’re talking about today.
Fast recipes are the name of the game these days at my house. Just like the last ridiculously easy recipe I posted, this one is no different.
Should I say it again? I’ll say it again.
GARLIC BUTTER SHRIMP.
Just like the kind you’d get at the restaurants, except with more butter–!!!!!!!!!!!!
Because shrimp takes like, -4 seconds to cook, this recipe is done in about 10 minutes tops…and that’s if you’re dilly-dallying. Not too shabby, right?
Here’s how to make them:
The first thing to do is make the garlic butter….um, duh Lauren.
Mix together softened, salted butter, grated garlic, a little salt, pepper and some freeze dried chives {or fresh!}.
Like so! Set this aside.
Now grab some shrimpies big or small and peel and devein them. If you don’t want to do that, just buy them already prepped and ready to go! They’re a little more expensive but worth it if that’s not your thing.
Soooooo, melt that delicious garlic butter into your pan and cook the shrimp 2 minutes a side until bright pink. Remove from the pan and enjoy hot. There is nothing worse than a cold piece of formerly warm garlic butter shrimp, so be sure to eat these asap! After one bite, you’ll understand why they go quick 🙂
Makes for a great appetizer or dinner! Printable recipe below. Have a great day, friends!
