This Peppermint Cookies and Cream Fudge is the perfect holiday treat! It’s light mint flavor with the crunchy chocolate cookies will make this fudge irresistible.

I think in a different life I was married to Josh Groban and/or Michael Buble. Those boys’ voices are like buttah.

I consistently give their holiday albums thumbs up on my Pandora Christmas station, so that’s basically all I hear, all day everyday. And I’m not complaining.

Also, have you ever seen Josh Groban as a guest on Live with Regis and Kelly and Michael? He is hilarious. And charming. And charming. And charming. Iluvhim4ever. I wonder if he has a girlfriend? Actually, don’t answer that. I like him as a bachelor in my head.

Yes, Mom, I know I’m married.

ANYWAYS…..

Remember this fudge recipe? YEAH. All ya’lls love fudge. I guess it’s a ‘thing’. Once I posted that recipe, it broke the internets….similar to Kim Kardashian except not in the same way at all. Barf.

Forget I mentioned it.

I’ve never been *that* big of a fudge person until I made that darn Reese’s Fudge. YOU GUYS, I can’t handle the addiction. PB and chocolate is where it’s at.

Well, then I got to thinking and decided to make a holiday version which is what you are beholding today.

4 ingredients go into this. F-O-U-R. The bomb.

And you only need a microwave and 5 minutes. Serious.

Lemme show you:

condensed milk and white chocolate chips

Microwave sweetened condensed milk and white chocolate chips together until smooth. 1-2 minutes should do ya.

winter oreos

While those are melting and becoming fudge, chop up some Holiday Oreos 🙂 The best.

big chunks of oreos

Cut some little, cut some big, all pieces are welcome.

I don’t discriminate.

oreo chunks mixed into milk/chocolate mixture

Dump the Oreos into the melted goodness, stir it up and pour into a wax paper lined 8×8 glass dish. Flatten the top as best as you can and refrigerate 5-6 hours or until firm.

ORRRR, throw it into the freezer if you’re impatient like me.

peppermint oreo fudge

Cut it into squares once you’re ready to eat and enjoy the bliss that is Peppermint Cookies and Cream Fudge.

You’re welcome, America.

I like to cut mine into squares, place on new wax paper and freeze. Once they’re solid, I pop them into a large ziploc bag and munch on them all December long!

I’m making this fudge with mint Oreos, so should I still add the peppermint extract? Or would the peppermint flavor become too intense?
