‘Tis the season for all things yummy!! I’ve been searching through all of my cookie recipes that I’ve posted over the last five years on this lovely blog to do some serious holiday baking. So, I originally had a big long list of every cookie recipe I’ve ever created for this site, but then narrowed it down to these 12 that you will see before you! I’m going to be making at least half of these recipes before Christmas {which you will see on my Instagram real soon!} Anyways, I thought you might want some quick links to these recipes and just an all around reminder that these recipes exist and are here for YOU!

Make lots of batches, share them with the neighbors and enjoy! This is one of the many reasons I LOVE DECEMBER. Christmas, my birthday and ALLTHEBAKING! It’s bomb, yo.

Have a lovely Wednesday 🙂

I can’t stop buying the snowman cookies from Starbucks. They are so delicious. Since you are an expert in holiday cookies could you please share with us a recipe close to the ones from Starbucks?!
    Thank youuuu!

I would love to see a post with helpful tips for a cookie exchange. I once went to a cookie exchange at work where the organizers decided that everyone should bring 1 dozen cookies for each participant. They wanted everyone to have enough cookies for their Christmas festivities. There ended up being 15 participants. I spent the ENTIRE weekend baking cookies (and I could not eat them because I needed them for the exchange=torture). I brought home more cookies than my entire family could eat (we are all bakers, so my cookies were not the only ones at Christmas). I was practically throwing them at people so they would get eaten while my husband laid on the couch stating that he ate too many cookies and was officially a beached whale.

Anyway, sorry for the long story. Cookie exchange tips would be nice. 🙂

Hi, just saw this request about Christmas cookie exchanges. For large groups we do 1/2 dozen. Makes it so much easier on all participants…before and after?

These all look so yummy! I just pinned your Mexican (or was it Chipotle) cookies and can’t wait to try them.

Your gingerdoodles are a staple in my house at Christmas. So delicious and because we like soft, chewy cookies, the perfect substitute for a ginger snap or traditional gingerbread!

This is such a great collection of yummy recipes and there are so many I want to try. I think those Gingerbread Bars are going to have to happen this year! Thanks, Lauren.

Thank you for the inspiration! I needed it because my church cookie exchange, they want between 6-8 dozen cookies from each lady and I really didn’t want to make all chocolate chip. Have a merry Christmas and Happy New Year!

Way to blow my resolve to only bake one type of cookie this year in an effort to not consume too many calories. It’s all your fault 😉
