These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars have just the right amount of sweet and salty, crunchy and smooth! Plus they are SO easy to make!
Peanut Butter Bars
Here is an awesome recipe that you must try, No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars. So easy and so delicious. I nearly ate 3/4 of the pan myself. Moral of the story: MAKE THESE. I loved them and everyone who got a chance to try them before I finished the pan off loved them too.
Main Ingredients Needed
These No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars only takes 7 ingredients to make and 15 minutes of active prep time! The hardest part of making these bars will have to be waiting for them to set in the fridge. Here’s what you’ll need to make them:
Butter and Golden Oreos – this is to make the crust!
White Chocolate Chips, Butter, Peanut Butter, Vanilla and Powdered Sugar – these all come together to make the perfect peanut butter filling. Creamy, sweet, a little salty but most importantly, peanut buttery!
Toppings
Top with mini m&m’s for a fun take on these bars OR you can make them fancier by using pearl sprinkles. Experiment and make them your own!
Other toppings include, more crushed Oreos, sprinkles, or white chocolate chips.
How to Make No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars
- Line an 8×8 square dish with foil, spray lightly with cooking spray and set aside.
- For the crust, place all Oreos into the bowl of a food processor and pulse until crumbs have formed. Melt butter in the microwave and stir into the oreo crumbs. Press well into the bottom of the prepared dish. Refrigerate.
- For the filling, place white chocolate chips, butter, and peanut butter into a heatproof bowl. Microwave using 30-second intervals, stirring in between until chocolate chips and butter have melted into the peanut butter creating a smooth consistency. Stir in vanilla and powdered sugar.
- Spread over chilled crust, smooth the top and refrigerate until solid, at least 2 hours. {You could place in the freezer to speed things up.} Remove the entire pan of bars by peeling foil away from the dish and lifting up. Cut into 24 squares and sprinkle with fun toppings. Refrigerate No-Bake Peanut Butter Bars until ready to serve.

I just discovered your blog and I’ve already pinned 2 of the recipes to Pinterest! These look delicious and I’ll be sure to keep coming back 😉
I’ve been making these for YEARS now. They’re always a hit. I’ll change up the toppings each time and always add more oreos (& butter) for a more spread out crust. It’s easy to make as well and I use my kitchen aid to crush the oreos.
