If you’ve been following my blog for any amount of time, you may want to know {or already know} about my love and passion for all things lemon.
I wouldn’t necessarily say it’s a problem per say, but it’s definitely a spot of…worriment.
I love love love lemon, especially sweet applications of the lemon. But my husband thinks I’m NUTS because I choose vanilla and lemon and pistachio things over chocolate any day of the week and that is like….illegal to him. Whatever dude. You eat whatever I make, so the joke is on you.
I promise I’m actually a nice person in real life.
Anyways, I thought I’d make a fun little list of some of my favorite lemon recipes. I have over 40 lemon recipes on this lovely blog of mine and thought I’d pick out my favorites {even though they’re all my favorites.}
So, enjoy! And here’s to hoping you’re not boiling to death like we are here in NYC. Only 4 more days and my daughter is done third grade and schooooools out for summer. Sing along if you feel so inclined.

Ooooohhhhh yum. We love everything lemon in our house! Instead of that silly pilates challenge I just signed up for, I think instead I’ll challenge myself to make all 20 lemon recipes! That sounds easier for me to accomplish! 😉

I too am a lemonaholic. I’m also diabetic so won’t be doing a lot of baking. I’ve been looking for a good lemon chicken recipe for years and finally found one on the internet the other day that satisfies my taste buds. Substituted Splenda for most of the sugar in the sauce, and it was yummy! Thanks for posting all your wonderful recipes.
