Just saw the answer above! Thanks!
These look so good, Lauren! Can you tell me what size baking sheet you used? Thanks!
Holy cow this batter is super thick and difficult to spread!
I made these this past weekend & they were so yummy! We actually cut them up & made them into ice cream sandwiches! Very very good!
These look good. I was looking for a chocolate cookie to make an ice cream sandwiche. What size baking sheet do you spread the dough on? Do you know how the cookie freezes? Thanks for the recipe.
It’s a half sheet pan, which is 18×13. Did you want to freeze them before or after baking. As long as you wrap them well, it should be fine either way.
I made these last weekend & actually made them into ice cream sandwiches & they worked really well!
I love love love ice cream and brownies!!!! Have fun this weekend!
I was going to request brownies and ice cream for my birthday. I have changed my mind to this. My husband will be trying out this recipe next week!

I used a half sheet pan which is 18×13.
I love chocolaty cookie/bars like this with ice cream on top. Reminds me of my childhood.
