Open-Faced Turkey Sammy Idea
I ended up making a little open-faced turkey sammy of sorts with this cream cheese spread on a flatbread, some smoked mesquite turkey and some micro greens {sprouts, alf alfa, spinach etc} on top. SO yummy and perfect for a snack, light lunch or appetizers for a party! How cute would these be at a baby shower or bridal luncheon?
