You can’t go wrong with mashed potatoes made on the stovetop, crockpot (with or without chicken broth) or with roasted garlic added. YUM! Loaded crispy smashed potatoes can serve as a perfect side dish or an easy appetizer. Au gratin potatoes and scalloped potatoes are two of my favorites, but I think they’re all trumped by the ultimate potato side dish – my funeral potatoes recipe! Perfect easy recipe to feed a crowd!
