This Peppermint Fudge Recipe is the best, no-bake, 3-ingredient fudge recipe for anyone to make! Perfect for a quick holiday treat.
Peppermint Fudge
I can’t believe I haven’t posted this recipe for Peppermint Fudge sooner! It is one of the easiest recipes in the world to make (hiiiii three ingredients), takes almost no skill to make, and tastes incredible. Like so so tasty! It’s literally the simplest fudge recipe ever, with my Reese’s Fudge recipe in a hot second.
Main Ingredients Needed
YES! This is an easy, 3 ingredient peppermint fudge recipe that will knock your socks off. It’s THAT good! Here’s everything you’ll need:
- Peppermint Patties – this is where the peppermint flavor comes in.
- Chocolate Chips – hello chocolate! I used semi-sweet chocolate chips.
- Sweetened Condensed Milk – to sweeten even further and to make the fudge smooth and creamy.

How to Make Peppermint Fudge
- Line a 9×9 square baking dish with foil and lightly spray with nonstick cooking spray. Line the bottom with peppermint patties, cutting in half to fill in smaller spaces along the edges. Set aside.
- In a large, microwave-safe bowl, melt sweetened condensed milk with chocolate chips until thick and smooth. Pour overtop peppermint patties and press down to spread and smooth. Leave at room temperature to cool and solidify.
- Cut into small squares and serve or store.
Variations
Chocolate. The semi-sweet chocolate could easily be switched out for milk, white or dark chocolate depending on your tastes.
Peppermint Patties. Consider chopping these up and lightly mixing them throughout the fudge instead of layering them at the bottom.
Peppermint Flavoring. If you really love peppermint, add peppermint flavoring to the fudge mix as well.
How to Store Peppermint Fudge
Store fudge in an airtight container, each layer separated by wax paper. Stored at room temperature, peppermint fudge will last up to 2 weeks while being stored in a fridge will lengthen its shelf life to 4 weeks. If you don’t store it in an airtight container it will dry out and become crumbly. Just a warning.
Make-Ahead
I made this fudge a few weeks ago and have been storing the last few pieces in the back of my freezer for a quick pre-dinner snack. I almost break my teeth every time, but MAN is frozen fudge good! So, if you’re wanting to make this ahead, it freezes well. Haha! Freeze up to 3 months!
