What a delicious year it’s been! Wow, 2014, you’ve certainly been one for the record books! This year has been sort of incredible and I feel so blessed looking back.
January started out with a bang by me getting a trainer and getting into shape.
February, my husband got laid off from his job with a bunch of other employees.
March was the month he got offered his job back but enrolled into his Master’s Program FULL-TIME instead of part time. Goodbye savings. We take chances, incase you were wondering.
April, my blog was earning enough money to cover all our expenses {like, whoa!!!!!!} and our sweet Blake turned one!
By May, we were able to go to Miami for our Miamimoon {because we never got a honeymoon!}
Come June, I had over 100,000 likes on Facebook. Took me over 5 years but I did it!
July I was able to go to New Orleans and eat my body weight in beignets. This recipe also went viral and I got the most traffic to laurenslatest.com I’ve ever gotten EVER during this month.
August was a busy month and we sort of got sick of the same old same old so took a quick trip to Newport Oregon and enjoyed lots of fresh seafood!
September Brooke started Kindergarten! What a rockstar that girl is!!
October I was able to go to Northern Washington with Cascadian Farms and it was GORGEOUS!
November and December were just crazy and filled with holiday fun and lots of amazing recipes!
