Get a month of healthy dinner ideas that your family will love! In other words, 31 quick dinner ideas for a full month of healthy eating.
Here I have some quick and healthy dinner ideas because January is upon us! That means the good majority of you are on your way to healthier eating.
I am kinda/sorta always on that healthy eating train because I develop recipes for a living…meaning I eat a lot of food. Anything I can do to offset all the desserts I eat is a good good thing.
So, I thought I would pull together a list of some of my kids’ favorite meals that I’ve made several times over. Most are my recipes, but some are from other bloggers. THEY’RE ALL GOOD! Think lots of veggies, low fat, sometimes low carb and all super flavorful.
If you’ve tried any of these recipes before, leave me a note below! I’d love to hear!
Happy eating 🙂

[…] Healthy Dinner Ideas for One Month […]
Hi there, I came across your page because I’m looking to make healthier lunches for our kids. I love the title of your recipes, especially the tartar sauce, however I have not been able to open one recipe. There are too many ads on your page especially the video that comes out on the top. That video takes too long to load and you cannot close so makes it impossible for the rest of the page to load.
I subscribed to your page because I am very interested in your recipes. I just thought you should know that some of us cannot open the links.
Are you on mobile or desktop? I’m assuming mobile since that is where the majority of my traffic comes from. There should be a “close” button at the top of the mobile player so you can remove it. I also don’t have a recipe for tartar sauce on my site, so I’m not sure where you’re clicking since I don’t have a recipe for that. Facebook, possibly?
I think you might be referring to the recipe she links from https://www.perrysplate.com/
This is not her recipe and actually takes you to Perry’s Plate’s recipe blog. So it would be that website that is struggling to load for you. I hope that helps.

Such a great post, thanks for putting this together!
So many delicious options, which to make first?!
I just saved this post – I can’t wait to try these with my kids. Thanks!
The Parmesan chicken Nuggets are awesome! And the homemade ranch for dipping is just as great!!! Thanks for that recipe!
Hi Lauren! This is a great set of recipes – thank you for the collection. Question for you, would you consider doing a post on finger food ideas/sizes that you serve Eddie? I have a little one that’s two months younger than him and I’d love some tips from another Mom. You’re the best!
That’s a great idea!! I’ll see what I can come up with.
Perfect timing! I have plenty of healthy meals I adore, but need kid-approved ones! Bookmarking this collection. 🙂
