Good day! It is CROCKTOBER season and I was scrolling threw these can’t wait to try the slow cooker pot roast w/ buttermilk parmesan mashed potatoes. My kids are getting older and with all the extracurriculars, dinner time just got crazier. I’m going to have to cook my way through this list so something’s ready to eat when we need it.

I’m definitely going to try a few of these Crockpot meals. I have a question about #19. Am I correct in assuming the ingredients don’t have to be frozen first? If I make it fresh, should I simply let it sit and marinade before cooking?
